Our School Vision Statement and Aims

Our Vision Statement

St Thomas More Catholic Primary School is a Christ-centred, welcoming and nurturing family.

Our vision is to open our pupils’ eyes to endless possibilities by drawing out each child’s God-given greatness and guide them on the path of realising their aspirations.

In our school, we treat everyone with love and celebrate each other’s uniqueness.

“With God nothing shall be impossible.”

Luke 1:37

Our Aims

Family, Aspiration, Love.

Family-In our school, we are one family. We care for and have mutual respect for each other. We work together as a family for the common good of each other. We celebrate being part of God’s family and look after those who are most in need.

Aspiration-We equip our pupils with the resilience, determination and ambition to meet their true potential. Through our aspirational, mastery curriculum, we educate the whole child and provide them with the skills and knowledge to excel in whichever path they choose to follow.

Love-We treat everyone we encounter with love. We respect and celebrate everyone’s induvial differences. We love our planet and do our part to look after it. We try to make a difference in the world by showing our love to others.
